By booking Fresh Fashion Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms:
SERVICES AND PRICING
Services are provided according to the approved estimate, booking, or service agreement. Prices may change if the property’s condition, size, or requested work differs significantly from the information originally provided. Additional work requires customer approval.
PAYMENT
Payment terms will be stated on the estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Any required deposit or advance payment will be applied toward the total balance. Additional charges may apply for approved add-on services.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or inability to access the property may result in a fee stated in the customer’s estimate or booking confirmation.
PROPERTY ACCESS AND SAFETY
Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property, working utilities, and accurate instructions. Fresh Fashion Cleaning Services may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond the agreed scope, or involve hazardous materials.
VALUABLES AND PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE
Customers should secure cash, jewelry, fragile items, medications, and other valuables before service. Please disclose damaged, unstable, or delicate items in advance. Fresh Fashion Cleaning Services is not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by improperly installed or unsecured items.
SATISFACTION
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours after service, with photographs when possible. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, return to correct an area included in the original scope. Requests for additional work are not considered corrections.
CHANGES
Fresh Fashion Cleaning Services may update these terms when necessary. The terms provided with an accepted estimate, booking, or service agreement will govern that service.

Fresh Fashion Cleaning Services provides cleaning services and does not accept product returns.
SERVICE CONCERNS
If you are dissatisfied with an area included in the agreed cleaning scope, contact us within 24 hours after service. Please include photographs when possible. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, return to correct the affected area at no additional charge.
REFUNDS
Because time, labor, and supplies are committed to every appointment, completed cleaning services are generally not refundable. If we are unable to reasonably correct a verified service concern, a full or partial refund may be considered based on the circumstances and the portion of service affected.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the Terms and Conditions and any cancellation terms stated in your estimate, booking confirmation, or service agreement.
Refunds approved by Fresh Fashion Cleaning Services will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
